Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance, Haidian District, Beijing

A joint initiative between the Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance and the World Gold Council

    About the programme

The Executive Programme in Gold Reserves Management is the World Gold Council’s flagship summit for senior officials from central banks, sovereign wealth funds, and finance ministries.

This year’s programme will be led by distinguished scholars from the PBC School of Finance at Tsinghua University, experts from the World Gold Council and other industry experts.

In 2018, central banks bought more gold than at any time under the existing international monetary system. Speakers will explore the motivations for this increase in gold demand, including the changing geopolitical landscape and new global trade patterns.
