The role of gold in an era of uncertainty

We are pleased to invite you to the World Gold Council, Tsinghua PBC School of Finance and the China Gold Association’s Investment Summit on Gold 2019 – China. The conference brings together leading industry experts, asset owners, academics, policymakers and official institutions to discuss the major long-term challenges facing investors today.

This year’s speakers will discuss: the economic growth outlook for China and other major world economies; the major sources of risk and uncertainty in 2019 and the end of quantitative easing. They will consider the implications for official sector institutions, institutional investors’ asset allocation and for gold market demand.

The conference keynote speech will be given by Dr Duvvuri Subbarao, Former Governor, Reserve Bank of India.
