A 22-c gold earring has been launched by a US firm that is believed to naturally reduce the desire to smoke.

According to the manufacturer, Zerosmoke contains no chemicals or pills and is completely safe and easy to use.

The company reported that more than 60 million people in the US want to quit smoking and it is the number one New Year's resolution in the country.

Zerosmoke works by using auricular therapy to stimulate acupressure/acupuncture points in the ear via two 24-c gold magnets.
