Colorado Goldfields miner discusses career

Wednesday, 29th October 2008 (311 views)

Colorado Goldfields has broadcast a video interview with its gold mining consultant Jerry Sandell, a second generation miner.

In a candid interview, Mr Sandell talks about his experiences in the industry, including his many trips underground in the Gold King Mine and his hopes for the future of Colorado Goldfields.

From the company's operation in Silverton, Colorado, the mining specialist tells Colorado Goldfields' chief financial operator C Stephen Guyer that the future of the company "looks good" and he believes that lots of gold remains to be found in the area.

The Colorado Goldfields board of directors authorised a 30 per cent dividend of the firm's common stock for its shareholders of record earlier this month.

Based in Denver, Colorado Goldfields is a junior exploration and mining company that targets historic gold camps with strong potential for multiple deposit discovery and has a mill facility with a capacity of 700 tonnes per day.
