The watch given to Rosberg was an Oris TT3 Formula Gold Limited Edition in rose gold. Only 300 pieces have been made to celebrate 30 years of Williams Formula 1. On the event day Rosberg raced around the track in the AT&T Williams FW29 from the F1 season 2007. The 4.6 kilometre track followed a course which led it along the banks of the Moscow River and past the Kremlin. Roland Ackermann, region manager for Oris in Russia, said: "We wanted to present Nico with the [watch] . . . because it captures the spirit of Formula One - just as Nico and the AT&T Williams team have captured the imaginations of so many Muscovites today." Rosberg was the youngest driver to set the fastest lap at the 2006 Bahrain Grand Prix.
