Gold watch commemorates 20 years of ManfrediMonday, 23rd June 2008 (337 views) Manfredi Jewels has heralded its 20th anniversary with a limited edition watch made from white gold.The company unveiled the new design at a party being held to celebrate both the anniversary and the opening of a new store on Greenwich Avenue in Connecticut, reports JCK-Jewellers Circular Keystone. Entitled the Senator Messen, the watch has an onion-shaped crown, a porcelain dial with hand-painted Arabic numerals and a blue crocodile strap. The Manfredi name and edition is engraved on the back of the watch as well as being hand-numbered on the timepiece's dial. Over 200 people were invited to the party, which was guided by the theme of living luxuriously. Lamborghinis were parked outside the store, while inside models wore Chopard jewellery and guests enjoyed the sound of an opera concert by Rob Weintraub. On its website, Manfredi Jewels observes that it has maintained a presence in the Greenwich area of Connecticut for 20 years, aided by its watchmakers and designers, described as "prestigious".
