Exploration will encompass 20 drill holes and the US-based Lincoln Gold is set to target the gold skarn, Triassic luning formation and stockworks that could possibly be gold-bearing.

The property at Jenny Hill is a joint venture between Lincoln and Kinross, the seventh largest gold producer in the world. Following the agreement in December 2005, Kinross is now eligible to earn anything up to a 75 per cent interest at the property.

Lincoln has said that the possibility is there for a Carlin-type gold deposit at the north end of the claim block at Jenny Hill and so far, drilling has never taken place at the property.
