According to a report by Life Style Extra, Solomon Gold has made "important advances" at its projects in the Solomon Islands.

The company, which focuses its operations on several different drilling exploration programmes in the island group off the north-eastern coast of Australia, has said it has overcome several logistical problems to make some significant exploratory progress.

The three main projects Solomon Gold has an interest in can be found at Mbetilonga, Koloula and Sutakiki.

The company has said that it hopes to complete a drilling project totalling over 10,000 metres over the next year in an attempt to boost its gold mineralisation prospects and increase revenue.

Solomon Gold is listed on the Alternative Investments Market (AIM) of the London stock exchange and is a well-respected corporation in the island region with "strong local and government support for mineral exploration".
