Partners Donald J Trump and Phil G Ruffin are preparing to leave the public in awe once again with their latest venture, the gold-clad Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas.

This two-million-square-foot tower will continue the Trump trend of boasting only the most luxurious of facilities, the man behind the name describing it as "the crown jewel of the Las Vegas strip".

The tower immediately attracted the attention of a huge amount of buyers from around the world, clearly seduced by the reputation of Trump's properties and of course the location of the building.

The Trump International Hotel and Tower Las Vegas is "right in the heart of one of the world's most glamorous and exciting cities," claimed Mr Trump.

Those who do manage to secure one of the 1,282 luxurious condominium units will have an unparalleled amount of conveniences on their doorstep, ranging from a professional valet service to a sparkling heated outdoor pool.

The building will also be clad in 24-carat gold glass, with Bergman, Walls and Associates Architects using only the highest quality materials for the project.
