Thursday, 16th June 2005 (6355 views) Gold jewelry featuring the Lovemark Diamond, the first diamond in the world that can have its 'beauty' measured, is to hit retail jewelers in the US this autumn.<br/><br/>The 18 carat gold jewelry will feature the 74 facet diamond, created using patented beam tracing technology to deliver more brilliance and sparkle than a standard round, brilliant diamond.<br/><br/>According to the Stuckey Company, the Houston-based distributor of Lovemark, the new technology allows the beauty of the diamond to be added to the colour, clarity, cut and carat weight statistics usually included on gem laboratory certificates.<br/><br/>"We have successfully taken the guesswork out of buying a diamond," Jay Stuckey, CEO of the Stuckey Company, said.<br/><br/>The Lovemark diamond, mounted in any setting on the gold jewelry, will be available in sizes ranging from .05 to 2.00 carat weights.<img alt="track" src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=8759398"/>
