The Wal-Mart chain has announced it will open several non-food Asda outlets in the UK this spring.

Stores will sell the new jewellery offering Asda created, along with other non-food items, according to National Jeweler.

The first Asda Living store was opened this year in Walsall, with another set to open in Altrincham on April 1st and Barnsley on May 27th.

In addition, George stores will open in Swansea on April 8th, Chester on May 6th and in Norwich during June.

The food retailer started selling jewellery in January this year.
