Tiffany to open new Aussie branch

Tuesday, 15th February 2005 (4730 views)

Tiffany has announced that it plans to open a new store in Brisbane, Australia, this spring.

The well-known jeweller claims the store will offer a host of famous collections, including its engagement diamonds and jewels in 18 carat gold settings.

In addition, the Atlas collection, watches and signature designs will also be in store.

Peter Markus, managing director, Tiffany & Co. Australia, told National Jeweler: "We look forward to expanding our presence in Australia with a new location in the heart of Brisbane's vibrant commercial center.

"The area is ideal for creating an exciting retail environment to showcase the quality, craftsmanship, and superior service that are the hallmarks of Tiffany's great heritage."

The new store, to be located in the Queens Plaza shopping mall, will help boost profits in Australia, with outlets already open in Sydney and Melbourne.
