Survey praises Blue Nile website

Latest findings from web analyst WebPosition show that jewellery website Blue Nile proved popular among online searchers this Valentine's Day.

The firm ranked major jewellery retailers on how they prepared their websites for Valentine's Day with search engine optimisation and marketing to attract online visitors.

Blue Nile appeared to top the search positions and had a good balanced approach, according to the data.

WebPosition looked at jewellers and jewellery sites including Tiffany, Mondera, JewelryTelevision.com, Blue Nile, BestGem.com, Ice.com and Diamond.com.

Typical searches for jewellery sites include the words jewelery, jewellery, diamond, watches, necklaces, rings and bracelets.
