Monday, 24th January 2005 (4332 views) Tonogold Resources has announced the launch of work on its Bonnie Claire Gold Tailings Project in Nye County, Nevada.<br/><br/>The project covers some 1,500 acres and marks the company's second gold tailings recovery project, the first being Big Mill, part of an ongoing Nevada gold development strategy.<br/><br/>According to ArriveNet Tonogold recently completed a survey of Nevada to these ends, looking for low-grade gold that can be recovered at minimal cost.<br/><br/>"We have surveyed virtually all of Nevada for similar tailings projects and will continue to focus in on those that have potential for development," commented Tonogold president Jeff Janda.<br/><br/>"Recognising that test work, engineering studies and environmental permits precede any production, our corporate strategy continues to include locating opportunities for cash flowing projects in the 2005-2006 time-frame," he added.<img src="http://directnews.dehavilland.co.uk/dn.gif?feedid=196&itemid=7635832"/>
