Australian gold jeweller wins awardsFriday, 12th November 2004 (4039 views) A jeweller based in Cervantes has won awards after creating an innovative necklace with a south sea Keshi pearl.The piece features the special pearl rested on 18-carat yellow gold wire and also contains an Argyle diamond, according to the Advocate. Two awards have now been given to jeweller Robert Scott, including a people's choice and a jewellery award. Mr Scott claims the shape and colour of the item are particularly popular. The winning entry has now been put on sale at the jewellers, although it is expected to be purchased very quickly.
