German jeweller Niessing has announced it is moving location after opening its first U.S. store at Scottsdale Fashion Square in February 2002.

It is hoped that the jewellery firm will move to the Westcor-owned upscale shopping centre, specialising in high tech yet classic designs that usually have four digit price tags.

Anita Walker, Scottsdale Fashion Square marketing manager told the East Valley Tribune: "It was visual, but we'd like to reopen the area."

Ms Walker said that although Niessing has done well at the mall the mid aisle location it has was always meant to be a temporary one.

In addition a diamond jewellery shop is also planned for opening in August in the area.
