New collection launched by Brunei jeweller

Friday, 23rd July 2004 (4680 views)

A new range of jewellery has been unveiled at Tim's Collection at The Mall and offers a host of costume-made items.

Costume jewellery collectors in the region are big fans of the new selection that includes glittery pendants, earrings, necklaces and bracelets, according to Brunei Direct.

Made by hand by the shop's inhouse designer the pieces include semiprecious stones and 14 carat and 18 carat gold.

The jewellery is typically specially requested by customers to be created to suit any dress and costume jewellery is particular popular in the region since it is worn with traditional garment baju kurong for special occasions.

Already the collection has sold over 300 pieces in Brunei and items cost from B$90 to B$280.

Each piece tends to take about a week to make and no two items are the same design, offering a truly unique gift.
