The organisers of the M.I.D.A.S. Fine Jewelry Show have announced that it will take place this September in Texas.

The annual event will take place on September 11-13 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center, in Grapevine, Texas. The resort is a newly opened, $54 million self-contained venue that includes convention facilities, hotel, restaurants, spas and state-of-the-art security.

Qualified retailers attending the show include Jewelers Board of Trade listed or rated retailers, Jewelers of America members and retail members of the American Gem Trade Association.

The Lone Star chapter of the Gemological Institute of America has scheduled a full day of seminars on September 10th, prior to the show opening, and the Southwest Women's Jewelry Association Retreat will be held on September 9-12, the National Jeweler reports.
